Sir,please understand that GO 610, Mulki rules etc are for employment whereas fees reiumbersement is for those who cant affrod to pay normal fees.a migrant labourer,watchman,attender in office,petty shopkeeper,etc
is it fair to keep region,religion,caste,etc differences even for below poverty line people???
please think on humanitarian grounds
