Is there anything to save Chandrababu in Sec.8 of AP Reorg. Act 2014?

Here is the Section 8 of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014:

gazette

8. (1) On and from the appointed day, for the purposes of administration of the common capital area, the Governor shall have special responsibility for the security of life, liberty and property of all those who reside in such area.

Is there any threat to Chandrababu’s life or any other person living in Hyderabad? How can he demand protection for his fraud done in Hyderabad? Is there any single incident reported regarding law and order?

(2) In particular, the responsibility of the Governor shall extend to matters such as law and order, internal security and security of vital installations, and management and allocation of Government buildings in the common capital area.

Is there any law and order problem rise security and vital installations? Show single incident of threat to internal security?

(3) In discharge of the functions, the Governor shall, after consulting the Council of Ministers of the State of Telangana, exercise his individual judgement as to the action to be
taken:
Provided that if any question arises whether any matter is or is not a matter as respects which the Governor is under this sub-section required to act in the exercise of his individual judgement, the decision of the Governor in his discretion shall be final, and the validity of anything done by the Governor shall not be called in question on the ground that he ought or ought not to have acted in the exercise of his individual judgement.

If at all if there is any problem occurs Governor has to consult Government of Telangana, not Government of Andhra. After consulting the Telangana Government Governor can act independently. All the Andhra ministers are so ignorant that they cannot read Section 8? Where is the question of equal rights on common capital? Andhra establishment lived and used to ride on Telangana since last 55 years like this. Enough is enough.

(4) The Governor shall be assisted by two advisers to be appointed by the Central
Government.

Chandrababu’s strategy is to rouse emotions in Andhra and keep the both states people in fighting. But Andhra people understood the true nature of Babu. Except few caste morons people are realising the sins of Chandrababu.

Reply to So called Opinion of Attorney General

    First, he has no authority.

Second, He may not that ignorant that two forces work in one territory.

Third, He may have advised Governor to monitor the case.

Fourth, It is learnt that NDTV reporter said to colleagues, the news item is based on formal chat, not an official communication.
This is enough to asses what happened.

Seems now Babu will get all authorities without Section 8.
Yesterdays meeting for invitation of amaravati is good political drama, never believe him. Seems KCR also doing same mistake by thinking +vely of babus brad/brand mind. Good accepting the invitation and stepping a good thought in mind but i bet he will plan something for his benifiticiary.

To be honest i can say, never TRUST babu and his high brand drams.
