SIT cannot save Chandrababu

Terribly frustrated and badly advised Andhra Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is doing blunder after blunder. Here are few arguments:

1. Vote for Note scam happened in Hyderabad and caught by ACB of Telangana red handedly. Andhra Police have no jurisdiction to enquire or investigate anything in Hyderabad specifically or in Telangana as a whole. They have nothing to do with Hyderabad, except for very few security purposes. If they cross the gate of Chandrababu Naidu’s House, they have to take permission from Hyderabad Police.

2. Vote for Note scam is personal fraud done by TDP legislator Revanth Reddy and its President Chandrababu. In no way the case is related to Andhra people or Andhra Government. Chandrababu falsely cursing Andhra Police officers and admonishing unnecessarily for the case. Chandrababu cannot use the services of Andhra Police to solve his personal criminal case or scores. He did not done the crime as a Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, but as a political party president.

3. KCR is not done any wrong thing in Andhra and hiding in Hyderabad. He is Telangana Chief Minister. Whatever case raised by Chandrababudom have no relevance to Telangana. What Andhra Police officers can do with bundles of cases? They cannot touch inch of Telangana land. Only thing he can do is rousing false emotions in Andhra against KCR and Telangana. But those things cannot save Chandrababu either.

4. There is no other way except proving innocence before court. If he tries to prevent the judicial processes(getting stays or getting prosecution stopped or any other judicial remedy), as earlier, he will be seen as culprit in this scam too. Its time to stand for test.
